One of our biggest seasons for Lucky Bamboo is Lunar New Year, which falls in January/February depending on the year. It is the festival that celebrates the beginning of a new year on the traditional lunisolar and solar Chinese calendar. People celebrate by decorating their homes in red, and giving money in red envelopes. Festivities can last up to 15 days and it is celebrated by many people around the world, but is most prominent in East and Southeast Asian cultures.
